SHIP TO THE STUDIO: THE DAY AFTER YOUR EVENT

Send your flowers overnight for AM or before noon delivery.

We will email you detailed instructions on how to prep and send your flowers, once you book.

STUDIO FLOWER DROP OFF: 24-48 HOURS AFTER YOUR EVENT

We are centrally located in the lower Hudson valley in Garrison New York. Minutes from the popular destinations of Cold Spring, Beacon, and Peekskill. Only 1 hour north of New York City and accessible by MTA.

For those who want to make a day trip to drop off your flowers or pick up your piece, we provide a full list of recommendations of things to do in the surrounding area.

We welcome drop offs and pick-ups at our studio location.

If you choose this option, we will provide our address in a separate email.

NYC/TRISTATE AREA CUSTOMERS - VIA TRAIN:

We are now offering the below two options to drop your flowers off/ pick up your piece in person, by train. Please note this option in your submission form and confirm a time via email, text or phone.

THURS - SUN - Garrison/Cold Spring

Drop off /pick at the Garrison or Cold Spring MTA train station.

SHIPPING & HANDLING OF FINAL PIECE

A small handling fee of $5.00 will be added for each order to cover the cost of shipping materials.

Shipping will be at cost of the customer and based on location. We work with a shipping partner that provides the best shipping rates.

This will all be added to the final invoice.

Option to pick up and drop of at the studio is free.

I acknowledge that colors may fade slightly over time. Especially if placed in sunlight.

I acknowledge that colors may vary slightly during the preservation process.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the shipping cost of sending my flowers to Evergreen Botanical Studio within 48 hours of my event. Additionally, I acknowledge that I can drop off my flowers directly to Evergreen Botanical Studio rather than shipping.

I acknowledge that not following the information in Evergreen Botanicals Shipping and Flower Care document, that this may lead to damaged flowers. If this happens, I have a chance to approve Evergreen Botanical Studio to purchase wholesale replacements on my behalf that I will be financially responsible for at time of balance payment.
Prebooking layout turn around times by event month:

January-April: 19-20 weeks

May- June: 20-22 weeks

July-August-22-24 weeks

Sept-Dec-24-26 weeks

For last minute bookings this timeline may be longer as we work in chronological order of that months pre-booked customers.

We will advise an estimate date for layout upon bookings for last minute requests.

Once layout is approved, we will proceed to complete the piece on its backer and frame. After this the artwork is permanent and there will be no refunds based on the flower art layout. This process takes about 3 weeks. We will email you once its ready for pick up or shipment.
Returns:

Due to the custom nature of this artwork, returns are unfortunately not accepted.

Cancellation Refunds:

Canceling 1 month prior to the event date, you forfeit the right to a deposit refund.

Canceling between 31 days and 90 days before your event, you are eligible to receive a 40% refund of your deposit.

Canceling more than 91 days from your event, you are eligible to receive 100% refund of your deposit.
